Investment objective The investment objective of the sub-fund is to achieve long-term capital growth while maintaining an appropriate diversification of risk by investing the sub-fund's assets primarily in shares and other equity securities of companies with an investment focus on Germany. The sub-fund is actively managed. The composition of the portfolio is determined by the fund manager solely in accordance with the criteria laid down in the investment objectives / the investment policy, is regularly reviewed and, if necessary, adjusted. The sub-fund may be subject to performance fees, which are calculated by reference to the benchmark DAX (HDAX, "Index"). The sub-fund's investment universe is not limited to the index components. The index may therefore differ significantly from the performance of the sub-fund. The sub-fund is an equity fund. Investment policy The sub-fund invests in shares and other equity securities of companies with an investment focus on Germany for at least two thirds of the sub-fund's assets.At least 75% of the sub-fund's assets (excluding liquid assets) are invested in shares and other equity securities of companies domiciled in an EU Member State.The sub-fund does not acquire shares in funds (UCITS and/or UCIs), regardless of their legal form. The sub-fund is therefore eligible as a target fund as specified in Art. 41(1)(e) of the Law of 2010.Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 and Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 (EU Taxonomy) apply to this sub-fund. MainFirst Holding AG, to which the sub-fund investment manager belongs, has signed the UN PRI (UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment).
