Seeking a long-term capital gain. The sub-fund invests at least 75% of its net assets in shares of companies that are either based in emerging markets or carry out a major part of their business activities in those markets. A maximum of 10% of the net assets may be invested in open-ended investment funds. The sub-fund may also use derivative products for hedging purposes or in order to optimise the portfolio's exposure. The investments are mainly made in securities issued in USD, local currencies or EUR. The investment manager integrates and promotes sustainability factors within his investment strategy by applying non-financial data to the issuer valuation model. The companies are chosen on the basis of their intrinsic quality and their valuation. \textit{Benchmark:} The portfolio is actively managed on a discretionary basis without reference to a benchmark.
