Seeking a long-term capital gain. The sub-fund invests a least 75% of its net assets in shares of companies listed on European regulated markets and partially owned by one or more entrepreneur, one or more families, a family holding or one or more foundations that perform their supervisory role via direct or indirect representation on the Board of Directors. The balance will be invested in shares of companies listed on a European regulated market. A maximum of 10% of the net assets may be invested in open-ended investment funds. The sub-fund may also use derivatives in order to hedge or optimise the portfolio's exposure. The investment manager integrates and promotes sustainability factors within his investment strategy by applying non-financial data to the issuer valuation model. \textit{Benchmark:} The portfolio is actively managed on a discretionary basis without reference to a benchmark.
