The sub-fund invests a minimum of 75% of its net assets in shares of international companies with a dividend yield estimated to be high at the time of investment or at some point in the future. The sub-fund may also invest in other variable-income transferable securities in various sectors, including real estate. A maximum of 10% of the net assets may be invested in open-ended investment funds. The sub-fund may also use derivative instruments to hedge or optimise portfolio exposure. The investment manager integrates and promotes sustainability factors within his investment strategy by applying non-financial data to the issuer valuation model. Investments are made without any geographical, sector-based or monetary restrictions. The companies are chosen on the basis of their intrinsic characteristics and their valuations. \textit{Benchmark:} The portfolio is actively managed on a discretionary basis without reference to a benchmark.
