The Sub-Fund may take exposure to commodities, using in particular eligible transferable securities which do not embed a derivative and/or derivative instruments on eligible diversified commodity indices and other eligible underlying assets, in each case in compliance with applicable risk diversification requirements. No direct exposure to physical commodities will be taken by the Sub-Fund. During exceptional market conditions, the Sub-Fund may invest up to 100% of its net assets in cash and cash equivalents, term deposits, debt securities and money market instruments dealt on a Regulated Market and whose maturity does not exceed 12 months, monetary UCITS and UCIs.
