Management policy
Investment Objective
The sub-fund invests primarily in high yield bonds issued by issuers that are headquartered in the Greater China region (People's Republic of China, Hong Kong and Macau) or that derive a predominant part of their turnover and/or profit from this region. These bonds may be denominated in USD, RMB, but also in other currencies. The sub-fund is actively managed without reference to a benchmark. At least 70% of investments in debt instruments and receivables are of lower credit quality. The return of the fund depends primarily on the development of interest rates and creditworthiness of the issuers and the interest income. The return may also be affected by currency fluctuations, where active or unhedged positions exist.
