Investment Objective
The Sub-Fund's investment objective is to invest 100% of its assets in Class IA1 EUR shares of the Master Fund, aiming for performance closely aligned with the Master Fund, subject to any additional Sub-Fund expenses. The Sub-Fund is classified under Article 6(1) of SFDR. A guarantee deed will be executed in February 2026, ensuring that the Net Asset Value (NAV) per Share on the 14 Jun 2032 (the Sub-Fund Guarantee Date) will be at least equal to the Protected Amount. To benefit from this guarantee, shareholders must redeem their shares at the Sub-Fund Guarantee Date; early redemptions are not covered and may result in a lower return. If, at the Sub-Fund Guarantee Date, the NAV per Share is below the Protected Amount, the Guarantor will pay the difference to the Sub-Fund, multiplied by the number of outstanding shares. The Sub-Fund invests all subscription proceeds in the Master Fund and may indirectly benefit from a guarantee at the Master Fund level, which is linked to swap agreements. If these swaps terminate, the guarantee at the Master Fund also ends. The Sub-Fund Guarantee is dependent on the solvency of the Guarantor and is enforceable only by the Company on behalf of the Sub-Fund. After the Guarantee Term, the Company will decide whether to renew the guarantee, merge, change the investment policy, or liquidate the Sub-Fund. The Master Fund's objective is capital appreciation with a return at least equal to the Protected Amount at end of the Term. It is actively managed, investing mainly in equities and equity-related securities, with exposure to emerging markets, and uses swap agreements for synthetic exposure and risk management. The Master Fund returns are fixed income like, with an additional call option component. The Master Fund can be exposed to equity, fixed income and commodities via the underlying of the call option. Consequently, to varying degrees, the return of the call option will be a function of the following components: equity market developme
