Investment Objective
This Product is actively managed. The benchmark Bloomberg Euro Aggregate Corporate (EUR) RI is used for portfolio composition and performance comparison. The Product is not benchmark constrained and as such may invest in securities that are not included in the benchmark. Nevertheless, due to similar geographical and thematic constraints, investors should be aware that the Product's risk and return profile may, from time to time, be comparable to the risk and return profile of the benchmark. The Product seeks to increase the value of its assets over the medium term by investing in investment grade bonds and/or securities treated as equivalent denominated in any currencies and issued by European companies or companies operating in Europe. Contingent convertible bonds may represent up to 10% of the assetsAfter hedging, the Product's exposure to currencies other than EUR will not exceed 5%. The Product does not invest in securities rated below B- on the Standard & Poor's or Fitch rating scale and below B3 on the Moody's rating scale. In the event of a credit downgrade below these minimum ratings, the securities will be sold within six months.Environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria contribute to, but are not a determining factor in, the manager's decision making.Incomes are systematically reinvested.Investors are able to redeem on a daily basis (on Luxembourg bank business days) as described in the prospectus.
