Investment Objective
The Fund's management objective is to outperform the 'MSCI Europe Small Caps' index hedged in EUR, calculated net dividends reinvested, over a minimum investment horizon of 5 years.The management strategy implemented is a discretionary investment strategy based on a stock-picking approach. It favors companies whose earnings are growing faster than the market average, and is careful not to buy these growth stocks at too high a price ('Growth at Reasonable Price').The Fund may be invested :- from 75% to 100% in all-capitalization equities, with a minimum of 75% in small- and mid-capitalization equities issued by SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) or ETIs (intermediate-sized enterprises) headquartered in the European Union or the European Economic Area. No particular sector of activity will be sought. These issuers will meet the eligibility criteria for PEA-PME.25% of the Fund's net assets may be exposed to :- shares of companies headquartered outside the European Union, including emerging countries (up to 10% of assets), and- currencies of countries outside the European Union linked to investments in securities of companies outside the European Union, including emerging countries (up to 10%).- 0% to 25% in money market products as part of cash management. This management pocket will be made up of debt securities such as negotiable debt securities, money market instruments and short-term bonds with an 'Investment Grade' rating, i.e. between AAA and BBB- (Standard & Poor's or deemed equivalent by the Management Company or via an internal rating of the Management Company) denominated in euros and whose issuer's head office is located in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
