The Sub-Fund seeks to achieve long-term, risk-adjusted capital appreciation. Reference Index None Portfolio Assets The Sub-Fund will substantially invest its assets in UCIs adopting alternative asset management strategies. These UCIs will mainly seek to pursue Equity Hedge and Macro strategies and may also, to a lesser extent, pursue other types of hedge fund strategies including Event Driven and Relative Value strategies. Investing in other UCIs may incur a duplication of certain fees. Derivatives and Structured Products The Sub-Fund may use derivatives to reduce various risks (hedging) and for efficient portfolio management, and may use derivatives and structured products to gain exposure to portfolio assets. Sub-Fund Currency USD Investment Process The Sub-Fund aims to achieve its investment objectives through a policy of investment in a diversified portfolio of UCIs anticipated to have relatively low correlation to traditional asset classes and to each other. The Investment Manager may invest in issuers with any environmental, social, and governance (ESG) profile. Where applicable, the Investment Manager will seek to exercise its voting rights and may engage with the investment manager of the UCIs in order to positively influence their responsible investment practices.
