Investment Objective
The Fund is a Feeder of the Master Luxembourg domiciled Fund Tyrus Capital Investments - Tyrus Capital Global Convertible. The Fund is actively managed and it has no reference benchmark. The Feeder Fund will invest at least 85% of its net assets in the Master Fund. The Master Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital gain by investing in a diversified portfolio, composed in particular by vanilla convertible or exchangeable bonds, mainly with investment grade rating. For the purposes of Article 8 of the SFDR, the Master Fund aims to promote environmental and social characteristics. The Master Fund does not make "sustainable investments" as defined in Article 2(17) of the SFDR. The investment managers of the Master Fund apply, in addition to an exclusion list, a best-in-class selection based on a proprietary model that scores each vanilla convertible or exchangeable bond in the investable universe of the Master Fund according to relevant environmental, social, and governance metrics. The Master Fund will not invest in bonds rated below B+ (Standard & Poor's) or equivalent rating. The Master Fund may use derivatives for hedging and for the purposes of efficient portfolio management. Due to the Master Fund's qualification under Article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosure requirements in the financial services sector ("SFDR"), further to its promotion, among other characteristics, of environmental and social characteristics, provided that the target investments' issuers follow good governance practices, the Feeder Fund qualifies under Article 8(1) of the SFDR. The performance of the Feeder Fund may differ from the performance of the Master Fund, since the Fund could not invest the entirety of its assets in units of the Master Fund. The Fund is open-ended. You may redeem shares of the Fund on any business day in Luxembourg, United Kingdom and United States of America. The Fund has not designated a reference benchmark for the purpose of the
