Investment Objective
The Fund promotes, among other characteristics, environmental and social characteristics, provided that the target investments' issuers follow good governance practices, and qualifies under Article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosure requirements in the financial services sector. The Fund seeks to provide capital growth over the long term through a diversified and flexible exposure to companies that benefit from changes led by millennials' generation, focusing on three core topics, being technology, lifestyle and sustainability. The Fund is actively managed and it has no reference benchmark. The Fund mainly invests in stocks, bonds and short term debt instruments issued by governments, supranational entities and listed companies without any geographic, currency and industry limitation. The Fund's exposure to bonds with rating below the investment grade may not represent more than 20% of the Fund's net assets. The investments are selected taking into account binding Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") criteria, which for each company and industry are measured through a proprietary sustainability framework in relation to other companies active in the same industry and related industries, respectively. The result of the assessment is an ESG rating ranging from 0 to 100, which defines the "ESG universe" of eligible companies and results to the exclusion of companies potentially exposed to ESG controversies and/or in specific activities and selecting the ones that have the most favourable ESG characteristics and financial fundamentals. The Fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in target funds including Exchange Traded Funds ("ETFs"). The Fund's exposure to emerging markets may not exceed 50% of its net assets.
