Investment Objective
Investment Objective: The objective of the Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation. The Fund is actively managed in reference to its Benchmark. The Manager has classified the Fund as promoting environmental and social characteristics under Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU) 2019/2088. Preference will be given to securities/instruments/indices that, in the Manager?s opinion, have a particular focus on environmental, social and corporate governance criterial (so-called ?Environmental, Social and corporate Governance factors? - ESG). To this end, the Manager uses a proprietary model to assess the positioning of issuers with respect to the above mentioned ESG criteria. The Fund invests mainly in equities issued by companies listed on any Recognised Exchanges worldwide. Investment on emerging markets can be made up to 30% of the net assets value and exposure to non-Euro currencies may be very high. The Fund may enter into stock lending arrangements for efficient portfolio management purposes, and/or may use Financial Derivative Instruments for (i) hedging, (ii) risk reduction and/or (iii) investment purposes. The Fund through the use of derivatives for investment purposes may gain additional exposure up to 30% of the Fund?s net asset value. This means that if there are changes in the prices of the financial instruments the Fund could either gain or lose 30% more than it would gain or lose without using financial leverage. Benchmark: 50% MSCI World (Net Total Return - in Euro); 45% MSCI World Enhanced Value (Net Total Return - in Euro); 5% ICE BofA Euro Treasury Bill (Gross Total Return - in Euro). Degree of discretion with respect to the Benchmark: the investment strategy will restrict the extent to which the portfolio holdings may deviate from the Benchmark. This deviation may be material. This is likely to limit the extent to which the Fund can outperform the Benchmark. No dividend is payable on the Shares. Income earned by the Fun |
