The Fund is managed actively and it has no reference benchmark. The Fund essentially invests in target funds invested in bonds or in stocks. Stocks are issued by companies located in developed countries or deriving the major part of their revenues from these countries without any geographic limitation. Exposure to stocks ranges from 0% to 50% of the Fund's net assets. Target funds are principally managed by BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Ltd or any other related entity. The Fund may use financial derivatives to protect its portfolio against unfavorable market, interest rate or currency fluctuations. The Fund may also use options and futures contracts to reduce other risks or to produce more revenues. The Fund is open-ended. You may redeem shares of the Fund on any Luxembourg business day. The Share Class makes no dividend payment.
