There are no restrictions on the extent to which the Sub-Fund's portfolio and performance may deviate from the ones of the Benchmark. The Sub-Fund invests in equities of large, medium and small sized companies in developed and emerging markets.Specifically, at all times the Sub-Fund invests at least two thirds of its net assets in equities and equity-related securities of companies active in the overall value chain of the digital economy, from the customers' initial discovery of products and services, to the buying decision and then the final payment and delivery, and also in the technology enablers providing support and data analysis to develop companies' digital presence. The Sub-Fund may also invest up to 20% of its net assets in money market instruments and up to 10% of net assets in Chinese A Shares listed in the Shanghai Hong-Kong Stock Connect. The Sub-Fund may invest up to 10% of net assets in UCITS and/or UCIs. The investment manager uses a strategy that combines macro-economic, sector and company specific analysis. The securities selection process relies on a rigorous analysis and selection of high quality companies which typically include strong management teams, robust business models and where the expanding digital economy is expected to have a material positive impact on their financial results on a mid to long term basis.Within a limit of 200% of the Sub-Fund's net assets, the investment strategy may be achieved by direct investments and/or through derivatives.
