The Product is passively managed.The Product seeks to replicate (with a maximum tracking error* of 1%) the performance of the BNP Paribas Growth Europe (TR) Index (Bloomberg: BNPIFEGE index) (the "Index") by investing in the shares issued by companies included in the Index, respecting the Index's weightings (full replication) or in a substitute basket, composed of, inter alia, shares of companies, debt securities or cash (synthetic replication).When investing in a basket of securities called substitute basket the performance is swapped with the performance of the Index, generating counterparty risk.At least, 75% of the assets will be invested at all times in equities issued by companies that have their registered office in a member country of the European Economic Area, other than non-cooperative countries in the fight against fraud and tax evasionThe Index is composed of European equities whose financial statements indicate strong growth based on fundamental data and an optimization methodology designed to capture the performance generated by the Growth factor, while taking into account an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) scoring and carbon footprint data. As a consequence, companies involved in disputable activities, subject to significant violations of the principles of the United Nations Global Compact or companies that have been involved in serious controversies related to the ESG are excluded from the index.The investment team applies also BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT's Sustainable Investment Policy, which takes into account environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria such as but not limited to reduction of emissions of greenhouse gas, respect of human rights, respect of minority shareholders rights, at each step of the investment process of the Product.The extra-financial strategy of the Index may comprise methodological limitations such as the risk related to ESG investment or the Index rebalancing.Further information on the index, its comp
