Investment Objective
The objective of the Fund is to optimise performance, net of charges, through discretionary and active management based on a balanced allocation between international equity and fixed income markets over a minimum investment horizon of four years. For information purposes, the target allocation set is 50% equity markets and 50% fixed income markets. Amundi Equilibre Climat incorporates sustainability factors into its investment process, with the objective of contributing to the economic transition to net-zero emissions by 2050 (the 'Net Zero' objective). To that end, the management team follows two complementary strategies: - Reduction of carbon intensity: the aim of this strategy is to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions of investments, in particular by focusing on companies committed to changing their business models in order to gradually align with a 'decarbonisation' pathway compatible with the Net Zero objective (the 'Net Zero Alignment Strategy'). It represents between 70% and 85% of the Fund's assets. - Contribution to the Climate Transition: the aim of this strategy is to accelerate the deployment of products, technologies, projects and services that contribute to the transition to a low-carbon global economy (listed companies active in renewable energy, green bonds etc.) (the 'Climate Contribution Strategy'). It represents between 15% and 30% of the Fund's assets. For each investment asset class (global equities, euro-denominated corporate bonds etc.), the Net Zero Alignment Strategy strives for a carbon intensity lower than that of a CTB index representing the asset class in question. These CTB indices aim to reduce the carbon intensity of a benchmark investment universe (represented by the 'parent index') while also seeking to minimise exclusions from the parent index: on the implementation date of the Strategy, the decarbonisation pathway consists of an initial reduction of 30% versus the benchmark level chosen for the parent index, and then a gradual re
