Investment Objective
Long-term capital growth and income by investing in global Bond Markets. As part of the investment process, the Investment Manager applies an opportunistic approach, which provides in particular that a spectrum of macro and credit opportunities are accessed. Sub-Fund assets are primarily invested in bonds as described in the investment objective. Max. 30% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in bonds which at the time of acquisition have a rating of BB+ or below (Standard & Poor's and Fitch) or, if unrated, as determined by the Investment Manager to be of comparable quality. Max. 30% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in Emerging Markets. Max. 20% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in the PRC bond markets. Max. 20% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in ABS and/or MBS.Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in convertible bonds. Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in contingent convertible bonds. Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in preference shares. Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in target funds (UCITS and/or UCI). Max. 100% Sub-Fund assets may be held in deposits and/or may be invested directly in Money Market Instruments and/or (up to 10% of Sub-Fund assets) in money market funds on a temporary basis for liquidity management and/or defensive purpose. Duration of Sub-Fund assets should be between 0 and 9 years. We follow an active management approach with the aim to outperform the Benchmark. In selecting and weighting the Sub-Fund's assets we do not replicate or reproduce the Benchmark. Sub-Fund assets therefore deviate significantly from the Benchmark. Benchmark: SOFR (in EUR). Due to its investment strategy we expect a high volume of transactions which results in higher transactions costs reducing the return of the fund. You may redeem shares of the Sub-Fund usually on each business day. We reinvest the income into the Sub-Fund. Derivatives may be used to offset exposure to price fluctuations (hedging), to take advantage of price |
