Investment Objective
The WisdomTree USD Floating Rate Treasury Bond UCITS ETF (the "Fund") seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg Barclays U.S. Treasury Floating Rate Bond Index. The Index is rules-based, market value weighted, and designed to measure the performance of floating rate U.S. Treasury bonds ("FRNs"). Unlike fixed-coupon-rate U.S. Treasury bonds, the coupon rates of the FRNs are expected to reset weekly based on the results of the most recent 13- week U.S. Treasury bill auction. The inception date of the Index is 1st February 2014, which coincides with the first FRN issued by U.S. government under the floating rate program. The risk of not achieving the objective increases if the product is not held for the recommended holding period specified below The Fund will employ a "passive management" (or indexing) investment approach and will invest in a portfolio of bonds that, so far as possible and practicable, consists of a representative sample of the component securities of the Index. While the Fund will seek to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in all the constituents of the Index, the use of a representative sampling strategy means that the Fund may invest in a sample of Index constituents whose risk, return and other characteristics closely resemble the risk, return and other characteristics of the Index as a whole. The Fund may from time to time use instruments which are not constituents of the Index, including include asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, covered bonds and collateralised bonds. Such instruments may be fixed and/or floating rate and may be investment grade, sub- investment grade or unrated (subject to the conditions and within the limits laid down by the Central Bank of Ireland). The Fund may enter into repurchase/reverse repurchase agreements and stock lending arrangements solely for the purposes of efficient portfolio management, subjec
