Investment Objective
Investment objective: The objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the MSCI World ESG Climate Paris Aligned Benchmark Select Index (the 'Index'), less fees, expenses and transaction costs, thereby taking an approach that seeks to reduce the Fund's exposure to transition and physical climate risks whilst pursuing opportunities arising from a transition to a lower carbon economy and aligning with the Paris Agreement requirements. The Fund is an Article 9 Fund (it has a sustainable investment objective) for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector ('SFDR'). The Fund's base currency is USD. The Index: The Index tracks the performance of large and mid-capitalisation companies in developed markets worldwide and aims to reduce exposure to transition and physical climate risks whilst pursuing opportunities arising from the transition to a lower carbon economy while aligning with the Paris Agreement requirements.
