Investment Objective
The Fund is a passively managed UCITS. The Fund promotes environmental and/or social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of the Disclosure Regulation. By subscribing to Amundi PEA Asie Emergente (MSCI Emerging Asia) Screened UCITS ETF, you are investing in a passively managed UCITS whose objective is to replicate as accurately as possible the performance of the MSCI EM Asia Screened Select ex Thermal Coal Index (the 'Index'), regardless of whether it experiences a positive or negative development. The Benchmark Index includes environmental, social and governance ('ESG') criteria: Exclusion of certain activities based on ESG criteria (determined according to the MSCI ESG Research methodology): tobacco, controversial weapons, civil firearms, Arctic oil and gas, thermal coal reserves and coal-fired thermal electricity generation. In addition, on the basis of ratings and within the limits of the thresholds defined by MSCI, companies identified as involved in ESG controversies or as not in agreement with the UN Global Compact ('UNGC') are excluded from the Index Reduction of carbon intensity: An iterative process is then applied to reduce the intensity of greenhouse gas emissions between the Index and the Parent Index by at least 30%. The non-financial hedging rate represents more than 90% of the securities that comprise the Index. The limits of thi
