Investment Objective
AMF (Autorite' des Marche's Financiers) classification: Eurozone country equities. By subscribing to AMUNDI ETF MSCI FRANCE UCITS ETF, you are investing in a passively managed UCITS whose objective is to replicate as closely as possible the performance of the MSCI France index (the 'Index'), regardless of whether it experiences a positive or negative development. The maximum tracking error objective between the growth of the net asset value of the Fund and that of the Index is indicated in the Fund's prospectus. The Index, net dividends reinvested (dividends net of tax paid by the shares in the index are included in the index calculation), denominated in euro, is calculated and published by the index provider MSCI. The equities included in the composition of the MSCI France index are derived from the universe of the largest securities in the French market. More information on the composition and operating rules of the Index can be found in the prospectus and on msci.com. The Index is available via Reuters (.dMIFR00000NEU) and Bloomberg (MSDEFRN). In order to replicate the Index, the UCITS exchanges the performance of the assets held by the Fund for that of the Index by entering into forward foreign exchange contracts or total return swaps (a forward financial instrument, 'TRS') (synthetic replication of the Index). You will have a permanent investment, via the Basket, of at least 75% in securities eligible for the French Equity Savings Plan (PEA, a savings plan reserved for French investors). The net income and net capital gains realised by the Fund are reinvested or redistributed at the discretion of the Management Company. You may resell your units during the trading hours of the various stock exchanges, provided that the Market Makers can maintain market liquidity. Recommendation: This fund may not be suitable for investors who plan to withdraw their contribution within five years.
