The Share Class is a share class of a Fund which aims to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund's assets, which reflects the return of the STOXX Global AI Adopters and Applications Index, the Fund's Benchmark Index ("Index") The Share Class, via the Fund, is passively managed and aims to invest in equity securities (e.g. shares) that, so far as possible and practicable, make up the Index. The Index reflects the performance of a subset of equity securities of eligible countries globally within the STOXX World AC Universal All Cap Index. Companies included in the Index are expected to benefit from the advancement of artificial intelligence across various domains such as finance, healthcare, mobility, process automation and operational areas (the "AI Adopters & Applications Theme"). The Index excludes companies which are identified by the index provider as being involved in certain business lines/ activities, as outlined in the Benchmark Index and Investment Techniques section of the Fund's Prospectus. At each rebalance, companies which are no longer eligible will be removed from the Index. On a quarterly basis, current constituents of the Index are screened for their involvement in severe ESG controversies and adherence to international norms and principles, and issuers which are no longer eligible will be removed at the relevant quarter. The Fund's investment in securities that make up the Index will, at the time of purchase, comply with the ESG requirements of the Index. Where securities no longer meet such requirements, the Fund may continue to hold them until they ceas |
