Investment Objective
The Sub-Fund is an index-tracking UCITS passively managed. The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to reflect both the upward and downward evolution of the Bloomberg Barclays US Treasury 3-7 Year Index (the "Benchmark Index') denominated in USD, representative of United States 'Treasury bonds' with remaining maturities between 3 and up to (but not including) 7 years while minimizing the volatility of the difference between the return of the Fund and the return of the Benchmark Index (the 'Tracking Error'). The anticipated level of Tracking Error in normal market conditions is indicated in the Prospectus. The Benchmark Index is a net total return index. A net total return index calculates the performance of the index constituents on the basis that any coupons detached by components of the Benchmark Index are reinvested in the Benchmark Index . Additional information about the Benchmark Index can be found at https://www.bloomberg.com/professional/product/indices/bloombergbarclays-indices/. The Sub-Fund aims to achieve its objective via a direct replication, by investing primarily in the securities comprising the Benchmark Index. To optimize the Benchmark Index replication, the Sub-Fund may use a sampling replication strategy. The potential use of this technique is published on Amundi's website: www.amundietf.com. Updated composition of the Sub-Fund holdings is available on www.amundietf.com. |
